My GREAT NEPHEW'S DAY AND MOTHER'S DAY

My family with Clark!!!

My parents with Elder Clark

Trysten - my grandson!

On Mother's day it was my nephew's day to talk in his ward
before leaving on his mission to Rome. It was a great day. I got
to be with my children and grandchildren and my great nephew!
Couldn't ask for more than that. Clark has always been great to
my family and I appreciate that. He cares about people and those
he is around all the time. Go get them Clark. I know that he will be a good missionary.

Clark and his grandpa Hatch.

Trysten went to primary and this is what they made for their mothers'.
Good job Trysten.

Nauvoo is a wonderful, beautiful place - I wish that I would of had more time there to work on genealogy!!!

This is the inside of the cabin we stayed in. They said this cabin was suppose to sleep 6 people - oh boy that would of been interesting. It had the double bed, the twin beds and a futon. The bathroom was walk in and almost back out. It was fun thou. I felt like that the cabin was as tall as I was. It was really fun. I loved staying there. It was something different and exciting. This is owned by a family - the wife does all the bookkeeping and the husband builds. They have other sizes of cabins. It was awesome.
The front of the cabin we stayed in. It was just Pat and I. Joyce went to Arkansas to visit relatives.

The temple was really beautiful. It was the only place we could use our cell phones. So we would sit outside the temple and call our families. It was funny. But it ended up working.

This is across the street from the temple. It is beautiful. The statue is of Joseph and Hyrum on horse back looking over Nauvoo. This is where I stayed when I was in Nauvoo in 1999, but they have toren down the building where I stayed. It was the hotest, sweatest place that I have ever stayed. But they have done such wonderful things with the area. It is awesome and calming to sit there and enjoy the beauty.

The cabin we stayed out. It was really little. It was called the Van Fleet cabin.

Nauvoo - seeing people from Idaho!!!!!!!

Nauvoo temple - I was able to go do a session - I took at name for Peggy Spencer. It was a great experience.
We saw Brother and Sister McMinn from Pocatello - their sons are in my ward. It was fun to see them and see where they lived. They live in the Orson Hyde home. They are very nice and friendly people. I appreciate all the help that we received from them.

While at Joseph Smith family cemetery - I heard a voice that I knew that I knew. I turned around and it was April Longhurst from Pocatello. She was a very special person in my life after my husband passed away. She is the one in the white sweater. An awesome person!

On the way to Nauvoo, I stopped in a town called Rolla - This is where my cousin Lisa lives. We were able to get a hold of her and her family and go to dinner with them. It was sad when her husband got called into work. But at least we got to say hello to him. I love having family to visit and to have fun with. Thanks Lisa!!!

More Pictures of my trip!!! It was amazing - please try and go to these awesome places!

This was taken on the river trip we took. It is beautiful country!!!!!!
The biggest horse and cattle show - it was really fun and wild!!

Buck Trent Show!!!!

This is the variety show at the Osmond Studio in Branson.

Finally my Branson and Nauvoo pictures!! It was a great trip!!!

The last day we were in Branson we went to hear Buck Trent. This is him. They are really personal there in Branson. The singers and dancers come out and visit with you. It is really fun to talk to them. Buck sang with Dolly Parton - and other singer when they were getting started. It was a great show.
This is one of the singers at the Osmond studios. Her family has a magnificant variety show there. They relive the decades of music.

We went on a river trip in Branson and this is one of the pictures we got. They do this water show everyday at 12:00. It was beautiful.

These are the ladies I went to Branson with. The one on my right is Joyce O'Neal - she taught me in school when I was in 8th and 9th grade in Home ec. Then the other lady is Pat Chase - her husband and my dad went to school in Pocatello together. So I met her through my dad.
